5. Shipping & Delivery

Flat Rate: All orders incur a $12 flat-rate shipping fee Australia-wide, regardless of order size or value.

Carrier: Orders are shipped via Australia Post.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery times are subject to Australia Post’s handling and service schedules. Delivery to regional or remote areas may take longer than metropolitan areas.

Responsibility: Once dispatched, PeptiGenix is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or damages occurring during transit. Customers are encouraged to use tracking details provided by Australia Post to monitor their delivery.
